The apartment has a full bathroom and another single toilet. En pleno Centro Histórico de Valencia, a 50 metros de la Plaza de la Reina, Catedral , Lonja, y Mercado Central, espectacular apartamento muy luminoso, muy moderno y lujoso de 2 habitaciones y 100 m2 de superficie, una principal con una cama de 1.60 x 2.00 m con un vestidor muy grande y otra habitación doble con dos camas individuales y un pequeño vestidor + cocina premium + 1 baño y 1 aseo y 3 balcones abiertos a la calle En Bou. Edificio totalmente rehabilitado. La vivienda además posee varios premios de arquitectura y ha sido publicada en varias revistas de diseño. La vivienda está en la segunda planta de un edificio de 3 plantas. Solo existe un vecino por planta. El edificio no dispone de ascensor aunque dispone de una escalera muy ancha y cómoda. Beautiful apartment 4 km from Valencia historic city center and on the lovely beach of Port Saplaya, also know as Valencia´s "Little Venice". The center of Valencia can be reached by bus (15 mins) or taxi (about 12 euros). The apartment has lovely views of the small port and is quiet but just 1 min from the beach and the many great seafront restaurants of Port Saplaya, which suit all price classes. Large supermarket (Al Campo) 2 minutes walk from apartment. Registered tourist apartment.

Welcome to our new apartment in gated beach complex with superb seasonal pool, paddle courts, parks, social club, WIFI and 24 hour security. Just 100m from a fantastic beach with great cafés, restaurants, homemade icecream parlours, shops, surf school, sailing school, bike hire, boat trips, childrens parks. Visiting the city couldn't be easier. The nearest bus stop is just 10 metres from the complex. It's new, spacious, comfortable and very luminous, perfect for fantastic family holidays!
