Our reception team is located in the building and is always available to assist you during your stay. Reception hours: • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Weekends and public holidays: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM The building also features a shared outdoor swimming pool (4 x 5.75 m and 3 x 2 m), perfect for cooling off, enjoying the sun, and relaxing during your stay. Municipal tourist tax: The current rate is €10.45 per person, per night. It is not included in the reservation price and must be paid through online check-in. House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask you to keep the following rules in mind: • Check-in: from 3:00 PM • Check-out: by 11:00 AM • If online check-in has not been completed, late arrivals are subject to the following fees:  • 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM — €30  • 12:00 AM – 10:00 AM — €50 • Guests must present a valid ID at their arrival. • To book, at least one guest must be 25 years or older. • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. • Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • Parties or events are not allowed. • The apartment may only be occupied by the number of guests indicated in the reservation. • Pets are not allowed. • Before check-out, please place trash in the designated bins and load used dishes and glasses into the dishwasher.
