Very beautiful and large converted barn. 3 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 2 children. Possibility of adding 3 beds on the landing of the floor, with supplement. 1 living room and 1 kitchen on the ground floor, bedrooms upstairs + other relaxation living room, video, board games, pinball and reading. 2 bathrooms, 1 with bathtub and the other with shower and WC. Decorated with care and taste. Beautiful spaces and volumes. Outside space also furnished. 11 x 4 m swimming pool, double-secured, tarpaulin + fence.

Nice cottage in Laval "cabin spirit"

Located in an enclosed garden, the accommodation is independent of the owners' home. It's small: 14 m2. Despite the proximity to the city center, the place is quiet. For short stays the cottage is perfect. The layout is simple, functional and warm. Only one person is accepted at this listing. Our guest must wear slippers. Following unpleasant experiences, a cleaning fee (€25) will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean.

The hiking trail, the Haute Vilaine trail, is at the foot of the house and a nautical base 15 km away. A supermarket and bakery are 5 km away.
