This is the house where my children, grandchildren and friends stay during their holidays. Two bedrooms are available, but the tenants have exclusive use of a large part of the common areas: the garden, the terraces, the parking space, the kitchen, the living room, the library, a bathroom, and a toilet. This house is not occupied by the family when there are tenants.
