Solrik beliggenhet, nær badeplasser.

En fantastisk plass nær Porsgrunns badeplasser. Den nærmeste er rett på nedsiden av huset. Røra badeplass ligger videre utover mot bergsbygda, der det serveres enkle måltider, vin og pils. Mat og drikke fåes også på Olavsberget/ Olavskroa (sti bak båthavna) videre utover ligger det mange fine små strender og badeplasser. Rett fremfor huset er ligger olavsberget med sine stupetårn og gangbro over til kattøya, der en gapahuk er satt opp for turfolk. veranda med mye sol. varmepumpe er installert.

Romslig stue og kjøkken, samt en stor og en liten balkong man kan nyte varme dager og sene kvelder. Balkong er utstyrt med loungesett, spisegruppe, parasoll, gassgrill og solsenger. Totalt 5 soverom med totalt 8 senger, samt sovesofa fra bolia som blir 150x200. Sengemål er 90: 1 120: 2 150: 3 180: 2. Sengetøy og håndklær er inkludert. Plass til mange mennesker, men er kun en dusj.

The beach in front is Bronnstadbukta, area with rich nature, perfect for adults and kids. Great hiking right outside the door, with numerous popular summit hikes and hiking trails. Beautiful fjord with islets and reefs if you travel by boat. Cabin also suitable for two families with 2 baths ans 4 bedrooms. PARTY IS NOT ALLOWED

There is lots to enjoy at this historic farm in beautiful surroundings. The barn house from the 1700s is situated in Porsgrunn city centre, and everything you need is within walking distance. The big 3-bedroom apartment is fully furnished in classic old Norwegian style. You can enjoy the evening sun in this green space during spring and summer, or light the fire in one of two fireplaces while watching the snow outside the window. Private parking and internet included.

Meget bra, hus i Porsgrunn sentrum med gratis parkering til flere og store biler. Huset har to store, soverom + en sovealkove, med vindu. Huset har to etasjer & to bad. Huset er utstyrt med alt du trenger for både korte og lenger opphold. Store, luftige, rom med god takhøyde og god plass. Et bad har stilig, badekar, vaskemaskin og tørketrommel mens det andre badet har dusjkabinett. Åpent kjøkken og stue. Alt av sentrumsfasiliteter er i umiddelbar nærhet

Unik beliggenhet ved sandstrand

Nybygd hytte med nydelig beliggenhet i rolige omgivelser rett ved havet. Beliggenhet ved en nydelig sandstrand hvor det er langgrunt. 4 forskjellige sitteplasser ute hvor man hører havet. Hytten ligger ved kyststien i Bamble, hvor det er veldig fine turmuligheter. Kort gåtur (1,7km) til Wrightegaarden hvor det arrangeres konserter hele sommeren. Fint for fiske fra eller langs fjellet utover i fjorden. Padling, sup og sykkelturer er fint i området.

The Penthouse is a very special apartment in the middle of the city center of Porsgrunn. You can walk to everything, train station, cinema, city hall, the river, bars, restaurants etc. The apartment is located on the second and third floor of a charming jugend building from 1910. The apartment has a comfortable balcony with incredible views of what is most likely the only catholic stave church in the world.

worthvile a visit

Nice cozy small house located by the river within just 10 minutes walk to the biggest shopping mall " down town" just a cross the other side of the river. Porsgrunn is known for its porcelen and the wholesale is located in the buildings to kiwi just 5 minutes walk towards the smallest bridge on your way to the city center.
