A stone's throw from downtown Die (500 m by the pedestrian walkway), by the river you are in the countryside and the city! On the garden floor of our house, our entrances are close: you are quiet, but we are there if needed. You will find books and films made here and elsewhere, and works of art on the walls: we are also publishers... Green cottage (phyto-purification, organic garden, chickens, recovery...)

At the bottom of a wild and quiet valley, a traditional trailer, close to the farmhouse in the middle of a wooded space. namely, you will be in the middle of nature, there are insects, frogs, etc., it is a little austere, and sometimes dusty due to the plants and winds around... for city dwellers who are too picky, hotels in the city A wooden lean-to serves as a living space. Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

Hamlet house located in the beautiful Quint Valley, 15 minutes from Die. You will appreciate the calm, the swimming areas, the walks, the local producers... Le Gîte des Lançons - Independent gîte with garden

The Gîte des Lançons is totally independent of the main house. Its garden is reserved for you to eat or take a nap. Here you will only hear birds and bees. The calm surrounding the mountains is really relaxing but for the most active, there are many hiking departures around the house. The views of the passes are beautiful and the surrounding villages are worth a walk.
