We completed this dream chalet with about 200 m² of usable space in 2020 to spend our vacations in the beautiful Lachtal together with our two children. Whether you're in the living room, at the dining table, on the terrace, in the garden or in the hot tub – everywhere you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

Das Haus am See, mein persönlicher Lebenstraum. Aber zu groß, um ihn allein zu nutzen. Abseits des Massentourismus mitten in den Bergen, direkt am See inmitten von Wäldern. Im und rund um das Haus alles sehr großzügig für Mensch und Tier. Uns persönlich sehr wichtig. Neben Grill-/Feuerplätzen, Sauna, dem eigenen Steg, Sitzsäcken und Gartenschaukeln, Ruderboot, SUP und Gartenhütte ("Villa Seen-Sucht") können unsere Gäste alles nutzen...so macht es für uns alle mehr Spaß. Ein besonderer Platz!

With a free-standing bathtub and an atmospheric bioethanol stove (in an open fireplace), the apartment offers many opportunities to relax. Our modern chalet in the beautiful Lachtal has 2 bedrooms for 4 to max. 6 people (additional sofa bed in one of the bedrooms), 2 shower rooms, a sauna, a cozy living-dining area with fireplace and a dream view of the mountains! The kitchen is equipped with the usual appliances, including a dishwasher and washer-dryer. Each bedroom is equipped with Swiss pine beds for restful and healthy sleep. In winter, we recommend snow chains!

Enjoy a unique vacation at 1200 meters above sea level, surrounded by nature, wellness and luxury. Accommodation: Haus AlpenSpa: A charming wooden house from 1897 that has been renovated with modern luxury. Our stylish and luxurious alpine chalet is located at 1400 m above sea level. Enjoy the 80 m² terrace with panoramic sauna and jacuzzi. The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.
