Ein Kaminofen und die Infrarotheizung sorgen für angenehme Wärme, im Vorraum und Bad befindet sich eine Fußbodenheizung. Die Hütte befindet sich in ruhiger, schöner Aussichtslage. Wanderwege und die Mountainbike-Strecke sind in der Nähe(1oo Meter)

Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.

It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...
