Large living room with well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, small bedroom downstairs, upstairs spacious bedroom and TV area (mezzanine not closed and not secure for children!) At the start of many trails, 5 minutes from the Lac de Lavalette nautical complex, 10 minutes from the Himalayan Bridge and 2 minutes from the Via Fluvia greenway!

If you are looking for a place away from it all, in the heart of nature, the Gîte la Parenthèse is for you. This stone-walled building perched at 1300 m altitude will seduce you with its calm and its view of the Monts d'Ardèche plateau. This 50 m2 accommodation adjoining our main house and another cottage is totally private and independent. Finally, its wood-burning stove will warm you in winter, while its altitude and large stone walls will cool you during heat waves.

House of the 3 Little Pigs – Private Estate

Located in the hamlet of Largier, where my family once lived, the house of the 3 little pigs is ideal for a stay with family or friends. Bordered by the forest and surrounded by vast spaces, the house enjoys absolute calm to enjoy nature at the edge of the Loire gorges, not far from the Ardèche and Lozère. Former pigsty of my grandfather, the house has been completely renovated in recent years to offer you all the necessary comfort during your stay.

Babet: Log cabin with Relaxation Area

For a weekend or a longer stay, enjoy a natural environment in a fuste. This wooden log construction seduces with its originality and its soothing atmosphere. This log is in the middle of the trees on the Chapelle d'Aurec. A Relaxation Area, outdoor Nordic bath and sauna, in a small independent cabin, will complete your stay: by RESERVATION, paid session, RULES of use accommodation section. For culture 2 UNESCO sites: Le Corbusier and Puy en Velay.

The LA CROISÉE EN AUVERGNE cottage is a 90 m2 duplex cottage ideally located between Haute-Loire and Ardèche near the Mézenc Range. 2 cozy bedrooms and a warm living room await you upstairs. An open kitchen and dining area open onto a private terrace on the ground floor. The accommodation is fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, video projector, board games... A common play area with the owners of the cottage is at your disposal with swings, slide, climbing wall... This is to encourage meeting and sharing.
