Our Guest Annex is a Studio with its own entrance, keysafe & parking infront. Upon entering the hall, there is a lounge with a sofa-daybed (with trundle), a smart TV, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kingsized zip-link bed is located at the back of the sunny room with large windows overlooking the back garden. Access to our washing machine, which is located in the main house, is available on request. Housekeeping is weekly, normally on Sundays, when your stay is 7days or longer.

Enjoy this beautiful part of the world at my lovely quiet hideaway. Great location - 10 mins walk through a park to the beach; 7 mins to supermarket and bus stops. Refurbished in May 2025, the hideaway has its own entrance and patio. NB No TV but good WiFi. The New Forest is 35 mins away by car and the stunning Jurassic Coast just 50. A perfect place for anyone who loves nature, walking, water sports or chilling on the beach.
