A dreaming place to have a vacation with the families. Parking is free and right in front of the entrance, supermarket is just 1 kilometer away. The high way entrance is 3 kilometer away.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. We offer you an attractive, very spacious 3-room apartment (80 square meters) in the east of Munich. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. (1 x double bed, 1 x slightly wider bed) Good transport links via the adjacent expressway (FTO). You can reach the thermal spa Erding in about 10 minutes, the Riem trade fair in 20 minutes, as well as Munich Airport. It is 10 minutes to the A 94. (Entrance/exit Markt Schwaben) The nearest S-Bahn stops are 5 minutes away by car (St. Koloman or Ottenhofen).

Basement apartment with private bathroom and kitchen

This apartment is a separate area in a detached house with a private bathroom and a full kitchen. It is located in the basement as a semi-basement apartment with 2 large windows. The furniture was completely new in 2022. A large smart TV and Wi-Fi are available and there is also the possibility to use the washing machine. The house itself is situated in an idyllic location in the countryside. Destinations such as the thermal spa Erding and Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

Our accommodation is the ideal base for your exploration/shopping tour in the Bavarian capital! 10 minutes by car or 2 train stations away, you will find wellness & fun at the Therme Erding! At the beginning of November 2022, we renovated our apartment. Enjoy modern design with time-tested, extensive amenities now! Enjoy relaxation in our apartment. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of our three-family house, which we also live in ourselves. We offer you peace and relaxation in an old settlement street with families in the neighborhood. The entire apartment is spatially separated from us. Self-check-in is possible via a key box.

Quick arrival to OKTOBERFEST by bus and train. About 45 minutes to the Wies'n! Use the Deutschlandticket free of charge or secure cheap day tickets. More information can be found in the MVGO app. Direct motorway connection to Messe München, near the thermal spa Erding! The entire house has a maximum of 5 bedrooms (depending on the number of people booked), a Brozeit kitchen and a bathroom. Attention! Unbooked rooms (beds) are locked.
