Pelagoo Residence

Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

The villa has its own access road with gate. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room table for 8 people, a living room with fireplace and a guest toilet. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Via a staircase upstairs you reach the other 2 bedrooms; each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Each bedroom has its own terrace with a seating area. Halfway through the week, the villa is cleaned and the bed linen is changed.

The accommodation is in a beautiful location. Very quiet with unlimited views. It is 3 minutes by car from the sea. Everything in the house is new. Distance 3 km from the village of Palairos. It is 20 minutes from Lefkada and 20 minutes from Preveza where there is also the airport of Aktion!At 50 meters there is a supermarket. There are also taxis that can take you from the airport or the bus station to the apartment as well as rental cars or motorcycles for your transportation!!
