Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The guesthouse is situated up upon a hill inside a 8,000 m2 private park full of Azaleas, Rhododendrons, and huge Chestnut Trees an easy 15 min. drive from either Arona or Stresa. Lakeside beaches, excellent restaurants and shopping facilities are within the close vicinity by car. A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.

APARTMENT FOR 4 PEOPLE, INCLUDING CHILDREN. Ground floor apartment, bright, consisting of a large living room, sofa bed and balcony with stunning views of the 3 lakes. Bathroom with shower and fixtures. Bedroom with double bed and 1 single bed. Possibility of adding a crib. Kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, coffee machine, equipped with dishes, pots and dishes. It is accessed from the shared courtyard to my home, in a quiet area near the Visconteo Castle.

Welcome to the House of Sveva, a magical place with a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore. Located on the top floor of a building from the 19th century, it has just been renovated and is complete with every comfort (air conditioning in every room, TV, kitchen complete with dishwasher). In an old farmhouse completely renovated, “la casa di pietra” is a magnificent place to relax and enjoy nature, free on three sides with a large garden shared with us. Ground floor living room with table and two large sofa beds, a bathroom and a kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and small appliances. First floor with large bedroom and bathroom with shower. Private entrance and private parking unguarded.
