Cottage in Beautiful Vine Valley • Near Town

Our cozy cottage is a 5-minute drive from Vis town. It is at our ecological vineyard "Fields of Grace Vineyards". It offers nature and peace. There is a large terrace, with a gorgeous sit-in pool overlooking the vine valley and gardens. Our four cats love the cottage! Our entire estate (including air conditioning) runs on solar power. We maintain an ecologically balanced environment. As such, our vineyard is also home to lovely small wildlife, such as hedgehogs, rabbits and pheasants.

On the ground floor the outdoor area with a swimming pool leads to the separate one bedroom apartment connected via outside staircase to the main house. The main fully equipped kitchen and dining/living area are located on the first floor with floor to ceiling glass door leading to the terrace. The staircase leads up to the second floor with two double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony. Master bedroom with terrace offering amazing sea views is located on the top floor.

The apartment is located right by the sea in the beautiful sandy bay Stončica, 7 km from the town of Vis. It is located in the shade of a pine forest in a very quiet and relaxing place, surrounded by nature. It has its own bridge from which you can jump and freshen up in the crystal blue sea. The house can be reached on foot by stone, and the distance from the parking lot is approx. 500m. Before you book, please make sure the place is right for your expectations.

Sunset Stiniva

Our little paradise is in the best location above Stiniva beach. At the end of the day, you can see an amazing view of isolated islands . On right day even Italy is wisable. It is a quiet place, on half way to Komiza and Vis. On summer nights the whole big yard is like a living room. Private parking! Public transport in front of the house! AC and WIFI....

Apartman ROMA je novouređeni apartman (srpanj 2023) koji se sastoji od dvije spavaće sobe, dnevni boravak, kuhinja, kupaonica, balkon, privatni parking. Our charming and cozy one bedroom apartment is located in the ground floor of the one hundred years old house in the quiet street some 30 metres from the sea. Court yard with wood benches covered with wild grape tree is the real chill zone.
