Beautiful contemporary beach house, furnished in a warm beach style accommodates up to 8 guests. Fully modernized with heating and cooling. Parking available. - Extra deep cleaning and a day in between our guests :) two independent levels in one villa with over 100m2. On a lovely sandy beach but also on the road so except some noise. Loads of parking. Extra large outdoor living room, hot outdoor shower, hammock, marble dining table & grill to eat alfresco amongst other comforts.

Beautifully furnished Open Space with swimming pool. From the terrace of the Apt. you can enjoy a wonderful view stretching from the Argentario promontory to the nearby island of Giannutri. Guests have free use of a scooter and two helmets. The apartment is 320 metres from Cannelle beach and 1,500 metres from the tourist port. “Only one word can describe the stay...AMAZING!!! In my opinion, it is the most beautiful villa on the Island.”

Bolsena House

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

Beautiful newly renovated house (2023) with a beautiful view of the Ombrone Valley, where you can admire a beautiful sunrise and appreciate the wonderful Tuscan Maremma. Excellent finishes, 4 beds, air conditioning, very central to the typical Tuscan village of Sasso D'Ombrone. 100 meters from the Bar/Market/Emporio, the post office and the bus stop. 1500m from Albus Alpacas (Alpaca Experience). Serious and helpful owner.
