La Maison du Lac

A unique and wonderful house, on the edge of a freshwater lake and just a few minutes by foot to the beach. Set in a protected site of natural interest and rich in history and just a few minutes drive into the heart of the Charming harbour town of Paimpol in the Cotes D'Armor region of Brittany. The Famous Isle de Brehat and the Cote de Granit Rose are just a few miles away and there are lots of amazing points of interest all around the area. The house stands on the site of a 12th century watermill once owned by the Abbey de Beauport which still stands just 250 mètres from the house. The house is extremely comfortable and beautifully furnished with Wifi , an open fire and central heating. The garden consists of a lakeside terrace to the front,a decked terrace to the rear and a wooded garden. A lakeside barbecue area.A lawned garden and another decked lakeside terrace. Surrounding the property are woods to 3 sides which have numerous choices of walks,and the sea and the coastal path ( the GR34) which has one of its most charming sections starting right there just 200 mètres from the house. Interestingly the 'St Jacques de Compostelle' or 'St John's Way' walk hase one of its 3 Breton starting points at a granite shell monolith just 50 mètres et from out gates at the Abbaye de Beauport and the path runs through the woods behind the house. Ground Floor. The Dining room with expansive views of the lake has an open fire, and antique table to seat 12. A whole wall of books. Music system and games cupboard. The far end of the Dining room has a large sofa,coffee table and armchairs. The Sitting room, also with lake views, sports comfortable sofas and chairs and a 42 ins smart TV. DVD machine and cable. Also a huge library of quality DVD's. Vue imprenable sur la plage de sable fin, "Au rythme des vagues" est un magnifique logement récent, avec une architecture unique où le bois et le zinc s'harmonisent, situé sur la côte de Granit Rose, en Bretagne, près de Perros-Guirec ! Grâce à sa grande baie de 3 m sur 4 m, vous avez une place de premier choix pour profiter du spectacle de la mer et ses marées ! Longère bretonne de caractère, bord de mer

Notre longère se situe à 2km des plages de la Baie de St-Brieuc, au cœur des Côtes d'Armor. Elle date du XIXème siècle et a été entièrement rénovée en 2023 avec soin. Son grand jardin de plus de 1000m2 se situe dans un environnement naturel, au calme absolu et à proximité de la mer (2km), notamment la magnifique plage des Rosaires et la station balnéaire de Binic. Cette longère familiale est le lieu idéal pour des vacances ou des week-ends entre amis pour un séjour au calme garanti.

Maison spacieuse, lumineuse avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. C'est une maison inversée, conçue pour que dans les pièces de vie et la grande terrasse à l'étage, vous puissiez profiter de la vue sur la mer à tout instant. Vous pourrez aussi avoir accès au jacuzzi 6 places, durant la totalité de votre séjour. Pensez à apporter serviettes et claquettes. De plus, possibilité de prestations de massage bien-être à domicile, sur demande, selon les disponibilités de la praticienne.
