I'm trying to give all the necessary information here, but if anything is not clear, do not hesitate to ask. ⚜ "The Lakefront Dream Loft " is located in one of the best, romantic and iconic shores on the lake. The beautiful, quiet and secluded waterfront garden, with a stunning panoramic view over Bellagio, Varenna and the mountains, is very close to all the best restaurants, cafes and shops. Formerly part of the ⭐⭐⭐⭐S "Grand Hotel Menaggio" is now a private residence mansion. Modern paintings and art pieces make it very cosy, relaxing and stylish. Enjoy an unforgettable experience at a very reasonable price, compared to the hotel, with even higher privacy!!! A private terrace, the beautiful mansion's garden (for residence guests only), and a lake jetty with your private boat mooring make it a truly luxurious accommodation. A single private car garage, with an electric door, is complimentary for "The Lakefront Dream" guests, having direct underground access to the building. ♦ The boat stop is right next door, and it's definitely the best choice to explore the Lake with its beautiful and picturesque villas and villages. Private luxury boat tours are available straight from the apartment pontoon, as self drive boat rental by hour. ⚜ The apartment is located on the ground floor, despite that, it is unfortunately not accessible to a wheelchair. The living room and kitchen have open views of the garden, mountains and lake. The main full bathroom is located on the same ground level. ⚜ The master bedroom is on the mezzanine floor, and it still has an open view of the garden and lake through the old arch window. The bedroom has a memory foam queen-size mattress and pillows for a super-cushy sleep, provided with a modern cabinet, scenic lighting, a working space desk and an extra ½ toilet. ⚜The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. You'll find pots, cutlery, knives, mugs, glasses, champagne and wine glasses. It also has a toaster and plenty of storage room for your food. ❗ IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE ❗ Local touristic TAX can't be managed by Airbnb, and it is therefore not included in the price. Miki House beautiful on Lake Como

In the City of Plesio, on a natural terrace above Lake Como at about 600 meters high, nice apartment on the ground floor of a detached house surrounded by a large garden with a lake view. The first floor is occupied by me, my husband and our three children ten, seven, and six years. The apartment is in a quiet and sunny location with a private entrance from the garden. It 's very welcoming and a living room with fireplace, two sofas and a double sofa bed, kitchen with stove with 4 burners and oven, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and direct access to the garden, a bathroom with shower and one with a bath tub. The garden is equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers, barbecue, children's playground and large pool. The garden and pool are shared with my family. There are also Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, cot and pram for small children. The bed linen and towels are included. Parking spaces are in the adjacent public car park. CHILDREN UP TO 2 YEARS PAY € 10 per day, notify to receive special offer The heater has an additional cost of € 25 per day THE TOWN OF PLESIO ASKS THE TAX OF € 1 PER PERSON PER NIGHT UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 7 NIGHTS ARE EXCLUDED CHILDREN UP TO 12 YEARS, AND THE CHARGE 'TO PAY BEFORE DEPARTURE At 500 meters from the apartment are three bars with newspaper stand, a supermarket, a two pizza restaurant, children's playgrounds and a sports field. The apartment is 6 km above Menaggio which is a major tourist resort with numerous bars, restaurants, pizzerias, shops, supermarket, walk along the lake, tennis courts, golf and mini golf, cinema and petrol station In the area you can hike and walk to Monte Grona, Cai at the shelter, you can visit Menaggio, Bellagio and other places on the lake, admire the gardens of Villa Carlotta and excursions by boat or by private boat. The provincial capital, Como, is 40Km and is accessible by car, bus and boat; similar distance in Lugano, Switzerland.
