Beautiful three-storey semi-detached house with a large terrace and wonderful sea views, located between the beaches of Anfi del Mar, Patalavaca, Costa Alegre and Arguineguín. On the main floor we find the living room with Smart TV and WIFI, full kitchen, toilet and terrace with new barbecue, outdoor table and two sunbeds. On the first floor is the master bedroom with air conditioning, double bed and bathroom with shower. On the second floor is a big second bedroom with two single beds.

The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

This cosy house is located in the urbanization Los Canarios 1 in Arguineguin. The area is one of the oldest tourist area in the city, nicely parkland, with flowers and palms. Its close to town and beach. The house has its own garden, furniture and barbecue. Parking in the street outside the house. The house is approved as a rental house by the Spanish authorities, and has a VV license, and also for new rules from 01.07.25 It ia security for you as a renter.

En complejo pequeño y muy tranquilo. Espectaculares vistas al mar, atardeceres inolvidables, y la montaña. Piscina climatizada. Caminando a 10-15´esta la playa de Patalavaca, a la que se puede acceder por via de escaleras o por la avenida los Guaires, y a 20´ caminando esta el centro de ocio de Anfi del Mar, donde se pueden practicar deportes acuaticos. Hay rutas para senderismo y ciclismo, por ejemplo, a Soria, a Roque Nublo, etc
