Cute little house, right in front of the sea! Very quiet, nestled in a peaceful hamlet. On the 1st floor, the bedroom and terrace have very nice views of the sea, volcanoes and salt flats! Downstairs there is a single bed and a sofa bed for 2 (see photos!). Several corners to sit for breakfast, aperitif, snacking, chatting or reading! And lots of information about the island! In the immediate vicinity you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, laundry and shopping centers. There are many restaurants and bars on the beautiful beach promenade.Playa Honda is located halfway between the capital Arrecife and the tourist resort of Puerto del Carmen and both places can be reached by bike or on foot via the beach promenade.

Calm & exclusive apartment by the beach

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

With windows all all sides you will be immerse into Famara ocean and Famara cliff. Inside and outside merge in this loft bathed with light from dawn to sunset. The 360 views are exceptional from the inside and unique from the outside. Ideal to unwind, relax, be touched by nature and the elements.
