The house (65 square meters) is located in the southeast of Tenerife in Abades, i.e. on the sunnier side of the island. You are about a 1-2 minute walk from the beach. Here there is a supermarket, many small bars and restaurants, as well as two diving schools, playgrounds, tennis courts and much more. The sandy beach is surprisingly uncrowded and is great for swimming, snorkeling and diving. The house has 2 bedrooms, a large combined living-dining room and kitchen and a very nice and sunny terrace (56 square meters).

The fusion of the old (17th century houses) with the modern makes them EXCLUSIVE! Come, DISCONNECT and enjoy. Due to the characteristics of the house, it is not recommended for families with small children. The maximum occupancy of the house is 4 people

Behind me I see the majestic Teide volcano, in front of me lies the wide Atlantic. You have to experience living here. The wide view of the sea and Icod immediately creates a sublime feeling and inner peace. The north is weather-friendly and exciting and wonderful to watch from here.
