Enjoy living amongst the town atmosphere

Centrally located within the charming old town , close to the shops, bars & restaurants, The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, along a pedestrian street. It feels light and spacious with plenty of natural sunlight from the windows on both sides of the building. An open plan layout bright sunny kitchen / lounge. A comfy sofa to relax & watch Internet Tv , Uk channels. Fully equipped kitchen for your produce from the local market, a nespresso coffee machine, water filter ( no need to buy bottled) . Master bedroom, king size bed (160cm wide) with en suite bathroom including a large walk-in shower. Second bedroom , a smaller room with a double bed (140cms wide) , the bathroom for this bedroom can be used as an en suite or closed off and used as a guest bathroom. Take a few things in a basket up to Roof terrace and enjoy breakfast in the sun , this is a shared roof with separate areas to provide some privacy, large sofas, dining table for four & Bbq.

We have 2 studios on the side of the Hacienda, the pool is private and belongs only to our house. The bedroom (bed 2m long), rainforest shower, AC, SmartTV, glassed terrace, kitchenette, Weber gas grill. Our house is very quiet and private right on the edge of the center on Tarmac road/free parking.

Two-storey luxurious villa located in the Punta La Mona urbanisation, La Herradura. On the ground floor is this beautiful apartment, completely independent from the upper floor. It consists of a spacious living-dining room with sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom & fully equipped kitchen. Our spacious 100m2 flat is ideal for sharing, as it has 2 independent sleeping areas with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom each. It has air conditioning in the living room, which maintains a perfect temperature throughout the house. Situated at the entrance of the port of Motril, 45 minutes drive from Granada or 1 hour from Malaga and you can reach the Poniente Beaches in about 12 minutes on foot. With capacity for up to 10 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay.

It is a spacious one bedroom seafront apartment, located in the popular area of San Cristóbal Beach in Almuñécar. The apartment has all the facilities with modern decoration. It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures.
