Mountain House

House full sea view 200 meters from the beach The house is ideally located, very quiet and comfortable (renovated in 2022). There are stairs, 4 steps from the dining area to the lounge, and bedrooms/ bathrooms on the lower floor. Access between the parking lot and the house is a pedestrian path in good condition not suitable for a person with limited mobility (about 50 meters). You can't park outside the door, you have to go through these 50 meters to access the entrance door of the house.

A private terrace provides a cozy sofa lounge area, overlooking a communal pool and scenic views of the sea and mountains. The sunset sky casts a warm ambiance across the landscape, highlighting the colorful buildings below.
