Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Our newly renovated apartment is located in the center of El Médano, with an amazing ocean view, huge terrace and cosy rooms. Few mins walk from the main beach. IMPORTANT: Renovation Notice!! From June until September 2025, the building facade, apartment terrace and pool are under renovation - closed. Expect weekday noise (Mon–Fri, 8:00–15:00). We’re offering a heavily discounted rate during this time—great value for your stay!

Our cosy apartment with a balcony facing south is located right in the heart of El Medano. Only 50m to the villages main square (Plaza) and 100m to the beach and beach promenade. In the vicinity you will find a variety of nice cafés and good restaurants, shops and watersport possibilities. The South Airport is only a 10minutes drive away. Our apartment is ideal for couples, adventure and business travelers, for small families with a baby or a little child and of course for elder people.

Just a few steps to the beach. Ideal also for families with children, with a big terrace and commune gated area. No stairs for your stroller and the toys.
