It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. Our new studio "Altamira 227" is located on the first sea line, right on Playa del Duque beach with spectacular sea views of the beach, La Gomera and the well-kept pool area in the tropical garden of the "Residencia ALTAMIRA." The studio offers a cozy living room with dining area, a double bed, a luxurious leather couch, flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi and a terrace with comfortable rattan seating furniture and sun lounger. An open kitchen and bathroom with all extras are connected.

"Casa Carina" is a spacious apartment in the popular Altamira complex in Costa Adeje with direct access to the famous El Duque beach. Relax and forget all your worries on the balcony with a fantastic view of the ocean, palm trees and sunset! The apartment is complete with a living room, terrace, equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, air conditioning and fiber internet. The Altamira complex has beautiful common areas and two swimming pools, one of which is heated.

Fantastic new, private and very quiet apartment with 2 swimming pools, it is 4 minutes from the wonderful white beach of La Pinta, next to Puerto Colon, surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, 600 meters from the Siam Park water park The apartment has a room with 2 single beds, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a new and fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, a terrace with beautiful views of the pool, ideal for families.

As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury.
