La casa, es una vivienda típica canaria con más de 200 años de antigüedad, que ha sido restaurada en estos últimos años y decorada con mucho cariño, dándole un aspecto juvenil y moderno. Mantiene la estructura original de la época, cuando las casas tenían habitaciones que daban a un patio. Con el objetivo de mantener su valor histórico,en cada una de ellas hemos habilitado el baño, el dormitorio y salón cocina. Private sunny patio area with jacuzzi and outside permanent awning creating a lovely al fresco dining experience. The space is extremely private. Playa del Cura is quieter, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful holiday yet it is a 5 minute trip to Peurto Rico (approx 5 km). Walk down the road to an assortment of restaurants, bar and grocery store. The beach is just on your doorstep.

Appartamento molto tranquillo, ubicato nella zona alta di Playa del Cura ma con facile accesso pedonale alla zona della spiaggia. Ampio terrazzo con sole al pomeriggio, perfetto per pranzi all'aperto, con magnifica vista sulla baia. Accesso gratuito alla piscina condominiale. Vicino a supermercati, ristoranti e a tutti i servizi utili. Davanti al complesso c’è un parcheggio gratuito. Non adatto a utenti su sedia a rotelle in quanto sono presenti delle barriere architettoniche.
