Summer apartment w/swimming pool nearby the beach

Costa Teguise is a very pleasant town to live in, quiet, sunny and perfect for enjoying your holidays. I recently renovated my apartment in a beach and wood style. I put all my heart into it and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do. You can see a bit of the sea from the terrace. The beach is 500m away. There are two Pools for swimming and sunbathing. Equipped with internet fibre. Living close to the sea I am very concerned about our environment; I have reduced the use of plastic.

La Casita de Sal: between sea, volcanoes and salt flats!

Cute little house, right in front of the sea! Very quiet, nestled in a peaceful hamlet. On the 1st floor, the bedroom and terrace have very nice views of the sea, volcanoes and salt flats! Villa Luna is enclosed in a beautiful private housing development called Playa Bastian, with several swimming pools, in a very quiet and privileged area of Costa Teguise. It is located at 50 meters from one of the beaches of the promenade. On walking distance to other beaches, plenty of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the village’s centre (Pueblo Marinero). Villa Luna is situated by the coast in the centre of the island, the perfect gateway to go visit Lanzarote.

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.
