This garden was selected to be included on the book "Gardens of Spain" and the only one in Tenerife. The garden itself is a artwork, with that combination of vulcano materials, the sea, the tropical air and all those paths designed to enjoy each corner of this 10.000 m2 garden. Probably the mostly cosy corner is its elegant swimming pool and the outdoor lounge, inviting to enjoying languidly the sunny winter afternoons and the sunsets all year round. A pocos pasos de los principales puntos de interés turístico, restaurantes, tiendas y de las conexiones con el transporte público. Muy luminoso con una moderna decoración de diseño y con un exclusivo equipamiento. La terraza con magnificas vistas, cuenta con una gran puerta abatible que unifica completamente el espacio.

Este estiloso y acogedor apartamento, totalmente equipado, ha sido residencia habitual de dos miembros de la familia, por lo que se sentirá como en su hogar. Está en una de las mejores zonas residenciales de Santa Cruz, con parking privado en el mismo edificio. La terraza con vistas al mar y la plaza arbolada, es ideal para desayunar y tiene un acogedor rincón, perfecto para la lectura mientras tomas un aperitivo. Es muy adecuado tanto para una estancia de vacaciones, como para trabajo remoto.

Si se solicita cuna y trona, hay que solicitarlo con anterioridad a la llegada, es bajo disponibilidad y esta tendrá un cargo extra de 40€ por estancia. En el alojamiento se dejan amenities por cortesía, papel higiénico para un par de días, un par de pastillas de lavavajillas y de lavadora, en ningún caso se ofrece comestibles para toda la estancia ni se renueva el papel ...
