Destaca por su gran terraza, que es el mayor atractivo de la casa, además de su cercanía a la playa, y al centro de ocio y compras. La playa tiene bandera azul que renueva cada año, y hay un acceso fácil al carril-bici, y paseo marítimo de 13 kilómetros situado junto a la playa. Dispone de una bonita piscina comunitaria, con zona de poca profundidad para los niños pequeños, y jardín comunitario.
