It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. You don't need to rent a car as you can easily reach everything on foot. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, hair dryer . From July 7 until the end of September 2025 there will be work to replace the elevator. ( the apartment is on the second floor) . I apologize for any inconvenience.

As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.
