Our small Loft-Attic (complete room with kitchen and separate bathroom from the main house) is on the first floor, with direct and independent access from the street. It is located in a historic neighborhood. A very quiet place to rest and very central. It's a single-family house, we live next door.

We like being able to see seagulls and albatrosses in the wild and watch the landscape change every day There are several restaurants in the area. On wavy days you can see surfers practicing. It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.

The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. The "chip" can also be changed quickly by car. 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.

A bright sleeping area features a spacious bed dressed in a striped coverlet, complemented by decorative pillows in shades of blue. A ceiling fan hangs centrally, and light filters through sheer curtains, illuminating the room. A small table and chairs are visible on the balcony.

A cozy and bright apartment fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay. WiFi and cable TV. Located on Salinetas beach, ideal for stays both for work (5 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Las Palmas de G.C.), and for leisure (25 minutes from our paradisiacal southern beaches and 30 minutes from our mountains, ideal for hiking, cycling, etc.)
