The apartment is located in the new Seaview reserve of El Higueron near the trainstation of Carvajal. This unique place has a style all its own. Incredible seaviews and carefully selected interior design. The location can not be better as the trainstation is a 1 minute walk away. Beach, restaurants and supermarkets within 5-10mins walk. Guests should be aware there is a short but relatively steep hill to walk up from the train station to the entrance

Just three hundred meters from the sea and a few steps from the Carvajal train station. It is an ideal place to enjoy the sea and outdoor life and fantastic facilities, which include a swimming pool, gym and sauna. The apartment has an underground parking space.

This charming one-bedroom duplex apartment in the Carvajal area is ideal for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Located just a few minutes from Carvajal train station and one minute from the beach, it offers excellent connectivity to explore the Costa del Sol. Upstairs, the master bedroom features two twin beds, closet and a small balcony. On the lower floor, there is the living room with sofa bed, TV, equipped kitchen and a bathroom. NO PARKING.
