Our house is very quiet and private right on the edge of the center on Tarmac road/free parking.

Se encuentra a 4 minutos andando de la estupenda playa Torrecilla, una de las más visitadas y a 5 minutos del famoso Balcón de Europa, alrededor encontramos gran variedad de bares, restaurantes, y lugares de interés como la plaza Tutti Frutti. Con todas las comodidades, situado en una zona tranquila y rodeado de aparcamientos, supermercados...sin necesidad de utilizar el coche todo está cerca.

It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.
