Un espacio para recargar la energía y relajarte frente al mar. Aunque está un poco retirado, a tan solo unos 500 m del centro y todos los servicios, gozarás de la ventaja de la tranquilidad. La orientación de la terraza es sur con vistas al Mar, es fresca, agradable y muy luminosa, desde la que podrás disfrutar de puestas de sol. Perfecto para parejas y sin problemas con los perritos. Tenéis acceso a los jardines, piscina y pista de padel de la urbanización, y al lado de la playa.

Ático en primerísima línea de playa de una localidad muy tranquila. Vistas increíbles sobre el mar y una terraza de 30 metros cuadrados con barbacoa, donde podrás disfrutar de unas maravillosas cenas. La terraza dispone de un toldo para poder utilizarla durante todo el día. El ático se encuentra situado en el centro de la población, a escasos metros de restaurantes, bares, tiendas, etc., y a menos de 10 metros de la playa.

The apartment is well equipped and has two terraces with beautiful views of the golf course and mediterranean sea from the front terrace. A communal pool is normally available for use mid June to mid September. The apartment is located within walking distance (15-20 minutes) of the marina complex, shops, bars, restaurants and beaches.

El mayor atractivo de la casa es su situación, con unas vistas impresionantes al Parque Nacional de Sierra Nevada y al embalse de Canales. Está muy bien comunicada con el centro de Granada y la estación de esquí de Sierra Nevada, solo a media hora conduciendo. Sobre las mascotas, se admiten pero pagando un suplemento de 30€ por una mascota a parte de la reserva, consultar con los anfitriones.
