Cool all day and night due to the stone construction of the whole house. Spacious rooms with double beds. It is located in Faskomilia, Thesprotia overlooking the sea of Plataria 5 minutes away. From Sivota it is 10 minutes away. Nearby beaches are Nautilo, Kokkinos Vrachos, Gata, Plataria. Within walking distance there are gas stations, tavernas, supermarkets

1st floor apartment 60sq.m., comfortable, with separate bedroom and bathroom, large balcony, ideal for couples and families! The fully equipped kitchen allows for meal preparation. BBQ can be used. Only 100m from the homonymous beach of Plataria. Within 100m. there is a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and at 200m. a bus stop. Our place is very close to all the shops in the area (restaurants, cafes, bars). Yacht marina at 100 meters!

The kitchen is equipped with electric appliances for making meals as well as a filter coffee maker, as well as a satellite TV (Astra). The bedroom is located in the back and overlooks the courtyard of the apartment. Free private parking.

Equipped with all necessary electrical appliances so guests have full autonomy. It is very close to the center of Igoumenitsa and next to the ports of Italy and Corfu.
