Evelen Studios(Ground floor)

Evelen Studios are located at a distance of 300m from the beach in Sarti. It is a smaller, family object which has a total of 4 studios on the first floor and 4 studios on the ground floor, and all of them are renovated in 2016. Studios are situated in the old part of Sarti, nearby all the contents, restaurants, cafes, stores and beaches. All the studios are two-bedded (double bed). When necessary, in all the studios can be added one extra bed for a third person or a child.

A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

Kritamon 3 is located in a quiet neighborhood near the beach and the center of New Marmaras. A 40m2 apartment that has it all. Its balcony is large and has a wonderful view of the sea of Neos Marmaras to enjoy your coffee or drink. If you choose to wake up early in the morning you will enjoy the sunrise from the slopes of Mount Meliton.

Originally the store-room and garage of the house, this cottage was recently transformed into a modern bungalow with a kitchen/living-room, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom. It offers privacy and sea-view, day and night peaceful environment, a beach at 3-minute walking distance, immediate hiking opportunities.
