MIELE appliances, SAECO espresso machine, QUOOKER, EV charging station (11kW) and lots of (free) extras! Built in 2022 and equipped with every modern comfort and beautiful materials. The cozy and warm look, wooden doors with a height of 220cm and subtle accents in the interior, make this chalet a Top Chalet!

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Waking up in the morning sun - Waking up under the morning sun… The house is located just outside the beautiful town center of St. Johann im Pongau on a hill at an altitude of about 700 meters and you have a wonderful panoramic view over the whole valley. By car, however, you can reach everywhere quickly: Discount grocery stores (Hofer, Norma) - 5 min. St. Johann im Pongau city center - 10 minutes Train station - 10 min. Sportwelt Amade - 15 min.

Our apartments are furnished with a lot of love for detail. The communal garden with playground, deck chairs, barbecue, table tennis, and much more invites you to linger.

A charming cottage in a Troadkasten look with modern amenities in Alpine style overlooking a beautiful orchard is at your disposal. The 100% wooden house offers every luxury despite minimalist space. The house is in a good location in the top skiing and hiking area of St. Johann im Pongau/Alpine village. The crackling of the wood-burning stove and the processing of old wood offers an alpine feeling.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
