Sa situation géographique vous permet de jouir du soleil et des belles plages du Maroc. Il est à 15mn de Rabat via autoroute.

Very nice peaceful apartment, very well appointed, located in a new residence with three swimming pools and a short walk to the beach. The accommodation has a large Moroccan living room and a modern living room with TV and a well-equipped kitchen as well as a large dining room, and two pleasant bathrooms, the apartment also includes two bedrooms, a master suite and a bedroom containing 2 single beds that gives access to the terrace with views of the pool and garden.

Fast, complete , secure and quiet access, clean and excellent service. 5 min from Temara train station and 2 min from supermarkets ( ASWAK SALAM / CARREFOUR). LABINAL is 2 minutes away.
