It has a laundry room and an attic used as a study room, library, gym, and with access to a sunny terrace. There are two private spaces on the property that are closed for personal storage. The necessary bedrooms are left open and prepared according to the guests who book the house. We are not in the house during the stay, but we like to be in touch for any questions and we are available to help if necessary. The house is located in the old town next to the Plaza Mayor. The street is very quiet, central, with trees and a 10-minute walk from the lake. Banyoles, in case you don't know it, is a quiet town surrounded by a unique natural environment for recreational and sports activities with cultural/historical interest. Fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine, hairdryer,... In the living-room you'll find books, a flat screen and unlimited WiFi.

The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated, maintaining the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct access to the patio with kitchen, bathroom and living room and an open first floor with a double bed. The patio is ideal for having breakfast or dinner in the fresh air. The pool is shared with us.

The Mill of Besalú (House with garden)

The only isolated holiday accommodation house in the beautiful historic complex of the medieval town of Besalú, considered one of the most beautiful towns in the country. The former home of the miller's family has three exterior spaces (porch, garden and large orchard) and two floors: the lower one with a living/dining room and open kitchen and the upper one with a bathroom and three bedrooms. Quality finishes and decoration typical of a typical country house.

the patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. In the beautiful entrance there is a huge dressing room. From there, you will access an open space where you will not miss anything. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium, and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of guests.
