Bright and airy space. 2 car indoor garage. 30 to 35 minutes from the airport. El Yunque rainforest is 15 minutes away. Near Fajardo and Rio Grande. Close to Ceiba for ferry to Culebra and Vieques islands. The Kiosks, beaches, Walmart and supermarket all within 10 minutes of condo by car. beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and cooler available. Enjoy a beautiful and spacious home located within Hacienda Paloma gated community. The house is fully furnished with 4 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms sleeping up to 8 people comfortably. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a full bathroom with Shower. Two rooms each have a queen-sized bed and one room has a full bed and a full bathroom to share. There are TVs in 3 of the bedrooms and a very large one in the living room. Outside, there is a luxurious patio. NO POOL!

A private swimming pool is surrounded by a stone patio, with a gentle curve offering an inviting shape. Two dark lounge chairs are positioned nearby, while inflatable floats rest on the clear water. A gray wall encloses the space, providing a sense of privacy.

Is located just 1 minutes to the beach. Open concept Private Studio but very cozy. 2nd floor, only 18 stairs. There are a lot of fun activities to do nearby with your family, horse back riding, ATV, Go Carts, excellent restaurants, bank, pharmacy and supermarket. ENJOY IT.
