A new, well-equipped log cabin built 2018 with a good access to the main roads and nearby cities. The cabin is located on a hill with a great view to a big lake. The cabin is surrounded by great berry forests, hiking trails and a lake rich in fish. In the cabin you have a wood burning sauna, a fireplace, a grill shelter, a hot tub and a boat. Winter time you can do cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing and snowshoe trekking.The nearest ski center is in Sappee (30km)

Peace and nature in a cottage by a lake

Saunacottage on lake Parannesjärvi in Virrat, 300km north of Helsinki. 30m2 log-house, built in 2005 with 100m of own shoreline. Owners live on same 1,4ha property, 70m away. In the livingroom/kitchen of the cottage you find a double sofa-bed with extra matress for 2 persons. Separate toilet and wood-heated sauna with shower. 10m2 terrace with furniture and lake view. Fully equipped kitchen, gas-barbecue, rowing-boat, Wi-Fi. Very nice, quiet and cosy place for a couple to spend a holiday.

A great retreat from the middle of everyday life to a hideaway! The log-built sauna has a private beach, and you can go fishing or rowing by boat. In the private, sand-bottomed swimming area, you can enjoy a dip in the water while enjoying the traditional sauna. The cottage has electric heating and running cold water. Rauhala cottage

Welcome to Rauhala cottage. Hide in the middle of nature and enjoy the birdsong and grounding energies. You have a nice house with one room and a kitchen as well as a hall and a toilet. Outside there is a separate sauna building and huussi. The living room has a double bed and a sofa bed. If necessary, a fifth person can be accommodated on the floor. The kitchen has a coffee maker, a refrigerator and a mini stove and mini oven. There is a gas grill outside. Dish washing is done by hand.

My place is an atmospheric old vintage cottage on top of a scenic ridge. You can hang out in your own yard with a patio and a barbecue canopy. Kitchen, living room, and indoor toilet. The outbuilding has a wood sauna with a shower room, there is no separate bathroom. The sauna chamber has 2 beds for 1 person. Running hot water and drains. Heating with air source heat pumps + a furnace in the winter. Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and mini stove with oven. Pets are welcome.

Traditional Finnish cottage at beautiful lake Tarjanne 1 h 20 min drive from Tampere. Electricity and heating system. Traditional outdoor toilet. Main building renovated 2020, having a new kitchen and living room, where 2-3 persons sleep. Water must be carried from the well. Wood bbq. A good sauna, rowboat and a pier. Need a place to calm down and jump out of your own life? Relax alone or with the whole family in a quiet place to stay. The cottage is located in the yard of the owners' house, in privacy. Here you can enjoy the quiet in the woods, lounging in the great sauna, or even in the hot tub (including April-November, other times €170/accommodation). This sauna needs to be experienced! Beach cottage on land

This getaway is for you who enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, sauna, swimming and boating. There's a nice walk about 5km around the lake. The cottage is in the yard of an old farm with chickens, dogs and a cat. Dogs do not roam free. The closest cultural camps can be found in the summertime at Lauko Manor 14km away. The nearest shop and restaurant is 9km away in Narva. The cottage rent includes linens, towels, and tablecloths.
