There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

Mi chiamo Antonio e quest'anno ho deciso di modificare il mio studio per ricavarci un grazioso monolocale. Il monolocale è situato al primo piano di una villa panoramica a 900 m dal mare. Il monolocale é costituito da una cucina nuovissima e attrezzata, un tavolo con sedie, letto matrimoniale, armadio e una comoda libreria nella quale ho lasciato alcuni libri interessanti per momenti piacevoli da trascorrere nel verde del giardino.
