Apartamento completamente renovado, moderno y acogedor. Amplio, con bonitas vistas al Puerto de la Cruz. Acceso rápido y cómodo a cualquier destino de la isla. (El Puerto de la Cruz y La Orotava están a 5 minutos en coche). Estación de guaguas a 100 metros. Preciosas vistas al Valle de la Orotava (Puerto de la Cruz, El Teide) desde el apartamento. Flawless bright villa of two floors, minimalist decoration with garden and pool. On the first floor you will find the living room, kitchen, pantry and a bathroom. Everything looking out to the terrace, garden and pool. You can enjoy a barbacue with a view to el Teide and the sea. There is enough space for 3 cars in the garaje. On the top floor there are 3 double bedrooms, one of them with bathroom ensuite, 2 bathrooms and a wolderful terrace with a great view!

Beautiful property situated in El Rincón, with a private terrace and solarium, only 5 minutes from La Orotava and Puerto de la Cruz. Very well communicated and with asphalted access to the property. Enjoy breakfast on the terrace in the shade of an avocado tree while listening to the birds or get a great tan on the solarium where the sun goes from early morning until late afternoon while enjoying magnificent views of the Teide, the mountains and the ocean.
