It features a fully equipped kitchen. Outside of the house there is a large terrace with swimming pool. Sun loungers invite you to relax by the pool while you prepare delicious al fresco meals on the covered outdoor grill. Amazing villa with pool near old town

This beautiful Art House with a pool is only a 15-minute walk from the old town of Labin. The house is equipped with designer lighting, art paintings, and has an infrared sauna, a room with fitness equipment and a massage table, and an indoor pool that is used during the winter months. The indoor pool can be used from Decembar to March ( 12.- 3.) and in other months of the year, guests can use the beautiful outdoor pool which is protected from view due to the tall green vegetation.
