Le gite est situé sur un grand terrain avec un petit étang (possibilité de pécher les enfants adoreront la prise est assurée). Des moutons, des canards gentils viendront vous rendre visite Vous avez à votre usage une piscine chauffée de mai à sept en commun avec le propriétaire, un sauna infra rouge dans votre logement, un abri et confort motard. L'espace, et la vue sont les atouts de cette location

It is located in a small hamlet surrounded by grounds, woods and vineyards, close to St Emilion, near river Dordogne. This part of the house is completely private, self contained. During summer months guests have shared use of a large 12 x6m salt water swimming pool, with loungers around and the owners will try not to intrude on your holiday or privacy . 60mins drive from Bordeaux and Bergerac Airport, 21km from Libourne railway stationTGV/LGV, and 12 km from St Emilion.

À deux pas de la gare ( ligne Paris -Bordeaux )et des commerces. Charmant 3 pièces confortable en duplex. Idéal pour couple avec deux enfants +un bébé Train station at walking distance. Charming duplex, 3 rooms. Ideal for a couple with 1 or 2 childrens. Exceptionnellement , pour une nuit et selon les dates je peux ajouter au logement des chambres supplémentaires pour 20€ .chambres communicantes avec le logement initial
