Close to main streets for shopping, restaurants and nightlife while being calm and quiet inside. You have many supermarkets close by to choose from and free street parking in the front. Relax with the whole family at our peaceful home! We accept your kids and your furry friend (with a heads up) 🤗

The apartment is located in a quiet part of Pineda de mar, a three-minute walk from the beach and the train station between Barcelona (50 minutes) and Girona. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a large living room with a TV, a comfortable sofa and a fireplace, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. There is a large free parking lot nearby. You can rent a car space in the underground parking under the house. The price is 2 euros per day. Underground parking is not suitable for large cars.

THE TOP LOFT Un espai ple de llum i tranquilitat ideal per passar-hi un cap de setmana o uns dies de vacances. A cinc minuts de la platja a peu pla i amb tots els serveis. Al centre de Pineda de Mar a 50km de Barcelona i Girona. Hi podeu arribar amb cotxe, tren o bus. El loft es troba al segon pis d'una casa típica de poble, té cuina, bany, sala d'estar (que es converteix en dormitori) i dues terrasses fantàstiques per prendre el sol i fer-hi àpats. Us hi esperem!

Great for families, travellers, groups, (3 bedrooms) or couples looking for a relaxing seaside getaway in Catalunya, Spain. A 3-minute walk to the station and an hour train ride to the centre of Barcelona. Lots of authentic local restaurants in the town. Please be advised that this apartment is directly across from the beach and in the summertime there are several beach bars in close vicinity.
