Esta muy céntrico de todos los lugares más visitados de la capital. Estadio de fútbol, baloncesto, un Mercadonaa 5 minutos, playas, Poema del mar. Varios gimnasios, pistas de tenis. Varios restaurantes, hamburguesrias, pizzerias, donde se come bien. Varios centros comerciales por la zona, un parque para correr y hacer ejercios. A 3 kilómetros tienes la famosa playa de las canteras en pleno centro de la ciudad, donde hay disversa gastronomía Nota:es una tercera planta sin ascensor.
