Casa con un patio privado y vivienda en el primer piso con una terraza con toldo para disfrutar del sol durante todo el día ya que tiene orientación sur. Aire acondicionado frio/calor en el salón. En las dos habitaciones hay ventilador de techo y tienen orientación norte. Zona muy tranquila y familiar. Sofá cama para dos personas en el salón. En la parte baja hay un cuartito con lavadora y ducha ideal para cuando se regresa de la playa. Tambien hay sombrilla para llevar a esta.
