The apartment is on the second floor of a detached house (I live with my family on the ground floor) and consists of a combined kitchen-living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. It is located in the hamlet of Pianoconte, in the countryside in a quiet setting 5 km from the historic center (a vehicle is essential for getting around), with a parking space for a car and motorcycle and the possibility of using the garden and terrace on the ground floor. The entrance is not independent. There is a swimming pool nearby.
