E' sito nella frazione di Pianoconte, in campagna in un contesto tranquillo a 5km dal centro storico (necessario dunque un mezzo per spostarsi), con posto auto e moto e possibilità di usufruire di giardino e terrazza al piano terra. L'ingresso non è indipendente. Piscina nelle vicinanze.

Built at the end of the 1800s on the cliff of Ghiozzo and completely renovated, it is a detached house equipped with all modern comforts (WiFi – air conditioning – satellite TV), while retaining the peculiarities of the typical Aeolian houses, once inhabited by fishermen and pumice workers.
