A house newly built in September 2022, standing on a cliff with a 340-degree ocean view. All rooms are ocean view and are about 100 square meters. Your usable area is the 2nd floor accommodation and the 3rd floor rooftop BBQ terrace. Each room has a 50-inch or larger TV, and the living room has a 4K projector and large screen for watching movies. There is a barbecue terrace on the rooftop connected from the outside stairs, where you can enjoy sunrises, daytime ocean views, evening sunrises, night views, starry skies, and the moon. Be healed by the scenery of the sea and nature. The rooftop terrace is fully equipped with a toilet, kitchen space, and laundry area. There are 8 electrical outlets, and you can cook using IH. The two bedrooms each have two double beds, accommodating up to 8 people. The sofa in the living room also has space for a single bed. Recommended for couples, families, and 3-generation trips. The area is very quiet, and at night you can hear the sound of insects, the sound of cicadas, and if you listen carefully, the sound of waves. We renovated a 160-year-old traditional house in 2023. The total site is 700 tsubo (2300 m ²), and the building is 170 m ², making it very spacious. While it is an 8-minute drive to Kumamoto Castle, it is a cottage where you can relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle. The garden is full of trees and flowers, including a large camphor tree that has been there for over 160 years, black pines, Japanese maples, and bamboo forests, so you can enjoy the trees and flowers in all seasons. The host lives in the adjacent building, so you can feel at home. Take a big, deep breath and refresh yourself from the heart. ●Here’s what you need to know · There are many mosquitoes and insects because there is a garden with many trees. If you don't like insects, it may be difficult to enjoy. The facility is located in a very quiet residential area. Please refrain from having loud conversations in the garden or on the deck after 8 pm.
