Mediterráneo Regensburg Countryside Apartments

Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.

Welcome to the workshop. A former railway building, reimagined. This boutique loft, featuring a modern design and curated art, is a place to unwind and feel at home, with space for 2–6 people. It's the perfect base for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Enjoy the Drachensee for swimming and the golf course with breathtaking views. Excursion destinations such as the batwish, wild garden and rock slopes are in the immediate vicinity.

Apartment A - Small apartment for transit travelers

Family-friendly apartments in Hallertau (Niederumelsdorf near Siegenburg), in a quiet location and close to the A93. Ideal base for trips to Regensburg, Ingolstadt, or Munich. In Siegenburg (4 km), you will find restaurants, shopping, and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, bicycles, toys, table tennis, foosball, and an outdoor play area are available. You can find more information about places to visit and restaurants in the brochures in the apartment.

We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

Your time off: short trip to the countryside, weekend house

Whether for a weekend or the whole week: Here you can escape and unwind from city life. In the garden you can fully relax, linger and enjoy: There is a sauna for the winter and a heated pool in the summer (23 degrees). Bike tours, hikes or just a cozy day in the garden - everything is right "in front of your nose." I'm happy to help you choose hiking, running or cycling tours. A car is required to get there. Public transport is rather difficult

Spacious 80 sqm apartment with private entrance, extends over two floors for up to 4 people, with extensive full amenities. 2 bathrooms/toilets, 2 bedrooms, modern 46-inch TV with free Netflix. A PS 4 for entertaining hours. Both terraces with garden and south-facing to the forest and nature provide relaxation. A grill is available for social evenings. Direct transport connection to A3, train station, bus. 15 km to the cultural city of Regensburg.

Holiday apartment 1

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

Our cozy gallery apartment in Regensburg's old town offers you the perfect starting point to explore the city and all other sights. Both bathrooms and the kitchen are newly renovated and offer everything you need. The open architecture gives the accommodation a special flair. Please note that the two rooms are connected by the stairs, and therefore not separated by a door.
